Bake pita breads in a muffin tray for 4 to 5 minutes, to form cups.
Prepare garlic-mayo sauce by adding garlic, red chili and parsley to 1 cup mayonnaise.
Mix well to combine, and set aside.
Place baked Arabian bread cups and spread a dollop of garlic-mayo sauce on each.
Layer each bread with deep fried K&N's Shami Kabab.
Press in the kababs using a spoon, creating a bed of Shami Kabab on each bread.
Layer each bread with a tomato slice, cucumber slice, celery leaves and onion slices.
Add another dollop of garlic-mayo sauce to each bread.
Top each with iceberg lettuce, fried Shami Kabab and a tsp of garlic-mayo sauce, and serve.
