In a pan heat oil and sauté onion and garlic. Add eggs and scramble.
Then add boiled rice, salt, black pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, carrot, peas and white pepper. Mix and cook for 1 minute.
Fry K&N's Haray Bharay Nuggets as per instructions on label and serve with rice and sweet and sour sauce.
Mix all ingredients and cook on low heat till sauce thickens, stirring continuously to avoid forming lumps after adding cornflour.
