Ingredients
  • K&N’s Croquettes - as required
  • Tortilla - 4-5
  • Carrot - 1 cup; julienned
  • Cabbage - 1 cup; thinly sliced
  • Cucumber - 1 cup; julienned
  • Vinegar - ¼ cup
  • Brown sugar - ¼ cup
  • Salt - ½ tsp or to taste
  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp or to taste
Method

In a bowl, add carrots, cabbage, cucumber, vinegar, brown sugar, salt and toss well.

Fry K&N’s Croquettes as per instructions on label.

Take a tortilla and place vegetable filling horizontally in the middle of the wrap,

Place croquettes on the vegetable filling in a vertical line and wrap the tortilla sheets making a roll shape.

Toast the rolls on a preheated pan until golden in color.

Your vegetable croquette rolls are ready to serve.

Peanut Sauce

  • Peanut butter - ½ cup
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger - 1 tbsp; grated
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp; grated
  • Peanut - 1 tbsp; toasted and crushed
  • Water - ¼ cup; boiling
Method

In a bowl, add peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, peanuts, boiling water and whisk well. Your peanut sauce is ready.
