Ingredients
  • K&N’s Seekh Kabab - 8-10 kababs
  • Cheese sticks - 8-10
  • Sandwich bread - 8-10 slices
  • Eggs - 3
  • Breadcrumbs - as required
  • Oil - as required
  • Water - as required
  •  

    Cheese Sticks:

  • Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup; grated
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Red chili flakes - ½ tsp
  • Jalapeno - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Black olives - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Oregano - 1 tsp
  • Mixed herbs - 1 tsp
  • Mint leaves - ¼ cup; chopped
  •  

    Cocktail Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise - ½ cup
  • Ketchup - ½ cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder - ½ tsp
  • Hot sauce - 1½ tbsp

Method

Prepare K&N’s Seekh Kabab as per instructions on pack and set aside.

Take the prepared cheese block and place it on board. Cut it into long sticks.

Take the prepared K&N’s Seekh Kabab and cut vertically from the center. Place a cheese stick in between the Seekh Kabab.

Take sandwich bread slice, cut its sides, and flatten with a rolling pin. Place the kabab and cheese sticks combination on one side of the bread.

Roll the bread, brush water on the edges to seal it properly. Now dip the bread roll in egg mixture, coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the bread rolls for 3-4 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve hot with cocktail sauce.

 

For Cheese Sticks:

In a bowl add grated cheese, salt, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, jalapeno, black olives, oregano, mixed herbs, and mint and mix them well together.

Now press this cheese mixture and make a block shape and let it freeze for 2 hours.

 

For Cocktail Sauce:

In a bowl mix the above ingredients well. Your cocktail sauce is ready. Set aside.
