Ingredients
  • K&N’s Seekh Kabab - 12 kababs
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Carrot - 1 cup; julienned
  • Cabbage - 1 cup; julienned
  • Capsicum - 1 cup; julienned
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Roll sheets - 12
  • Mozzarella cheese strips - 12
  • Slurry - as required; (mix ½ cup all-purpose flour with 4 tbsp water)
Method

Heat K&N’s Seekh Kabab as per instructions on label.

In a pan, heat oil, add carrot, cabbage, capsicum and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add soy sauce, chili sauce, black pepper powder, salt and cook for another minute. Your vegetable filling is ready.

Slit K&N’s Seekh Kabab vertically from the center and place one cheese strip in it.

Add a layer of vegetable filling on a roll sheet.

Place prepared cheese stuffed K&N’s Seekh Kabab and wrap into a roll. Bind the roll sheet with slurry.

Deep fry prepared spring rolls over medium flame until golden brown.

Cheesy Seekh Kabab Spring Rolls are ready. Serve with ketchup and enjoy.
