Ingredients
  • K&N’s Seekh Kabab - 8-10 kababs
  • Pizza dough - 1
  • Pizza sauce - as required
  • Red capsicum - as required; chopped
  • Yellow capsicum - as required; chopped
  • Green capsicum - as required; chopped
  • Onion - as required; sliced
  • Black olives - as required; sliced
  • Jalapeños - as required; chopped
  • Cheddar & Mozzarella cheese - as required; grated
  • Red chili flakes - as required
  • Italian herbs - as required
Method

Heat K&N’s Seekh Kabab as per instructions on label and set aside.

Place the pizza dough into a deep pan while covering the edges. Prick the dough with a fork.

Spread pizza sauce on the dough and top it with Seekh Kabab.

Add a layer of mayo garlic sauce. Sprinkle red capsicum, green capsicum, yellow capsicum, onion, black olives and jalapenos.

Cover it with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Add more of the red capsicum, green capsicum, yellow capsicum, onion and black olives.

Sprinkle red chili flakes and Italian herbs on top.

Bake at 480°F for 10-15 minutes.

Deep Dish Pizza with Seekh Kabab is ready. Serve.

Garlic Mayo Sauce

Ingredients

  • Light cream - ½ cup
  • Lemon juice - 1½ tbsp
  • Mayonnaise - 1 cup
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder - ½ tsp
  • Onion powder - 1 tsp
Method

Add all the ingredients in a bowl mix well and set aside. Your garlic mayo sauce is ready.
