Ingredients

    Kabab Mushroom Gravy:

  • K&N’s Seekh Kabab - 10-12
  • K&N’s Stok – 2 cubes
  • Olive oil - 3 tbsp
  • White button mushrooms - 3 cups; chopped
  • Onion - 1/2 cup; chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves; minced
  • All-purpose flour - 3 tbsp
  • Water - 3 cups
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  •  

    Butter Garlic Rice:

  • Butter - 4 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
  • Boiled rice - 4 cups
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Green onions - for sprinkle; chopped
Method

Kabab Mushroom Gravy:

Prepare K&N’s Seekh Kabab as per instructions on pack.

In a pan, heat oil, add garlic and sauté for a minute. Add mushrooms and onions and cook until nicely brown or for 5-7 minutes on medium-high flame.

Add flour and cook for a minute. Add water, K&N’s Stok, salt, and black pepper. Cook until thick in consistency.

Add prepared K&N’s Seekh Kabab and give it a good stir.

Your Kabab Mushroom Gravy is ready. Serve hot with Butter Garlic Rice.

 

Butter Garlic Rice:

In a pan heat butter and oil, add garlic and sauté until golden brown. Now add boiled rice, black pepper, salt, soy sauce and mix well. Sprinkle green onion on top.

Your rice is ready; serve with mushroom gravy and Enjoy.
