Prepare the K&N’s Seekh Kabab as per instructions on pack and cut into half.
Cut potatoes and soak them in cold water for 10-15 minutes. Remove, pat dry and
refrigerate for 1 hour.
Heat oil and fry potatoes over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
Take the fries out and rest it for 10 minutes. Fry the fries again until golden brown.
In a pan, heat oil, add ginger garlic paste, chili garlic sauce, salt and paprika, mozzarella
cheese, cheddar cheese, milk and mayonnaise. Let the cheese melt.
Place fries and K&N’s Seekh Kabab in a platter, pour the cheese, sprinkle some jalapeno
and spring onion.
