  • K&N's Seekh Kabab – 4 kababs
  • Cooking oil - 2 cups
  • Creamy pasta - 1 cup; cooked
  • Mustard vegetable sauce - 1 cup
  •  

Method

Heat oil in a pan and fry K&N's Seekh Kababs as per instructions given on the label.

Place the Kababs in a plate and add pasta.

Pour mustard vegetable sauce on Kababs and serve hot.

Ingredients

  • Butter - 1 tbsp; softened
  • Onions - 1 tsp; chopped
  • Garlic - 1 tsp; chopped
  • French mustard - 2 tsp
  • Capsicum - ½; julienned
  • Tomatoes - ½; julienned
  • Onions - ½; julienned
  • Salt - ¼ tsp
  • Fresh cream - ½ cup
  •  

Method

Heat the butter in a pan and add chopped onions and garlic. Sauté for two minutes.

In another pan, add French mustard, vegetables and sauté for another two minutes.

Add cream, salt, and stir well until sauce becomes thick.

Add the fried chopped onions and garlic paste to the mixture and cook for a few more minutes.
