- K&N's Seekh Kabab – 4 kababs
- Cheese slices - 4
- Cheddar cheese - 4 tbsp; shredded
- Salt - 1 pinch
- White pepper - ¼ tsp
- Egg - 1; beaten
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Cooking oil - 8 cups
- Lemon - 1; cut in pieces
Stuff each K&N's Seekh Kabab with 1 cheese slice.
Take a bowl and add shredded cheese, salt, white pepper, beaten egg, flour and mix well.
Cover stuffed Seekh Kababs with cheese mixture.
Heat the cooking oil and fry these kababs until fully heated.
Serve hot with lemon slices.
