For Green Chili Dip
For Tamarind Sauce
Fry K&N’s Shami Kabab as per instructions on label.
Place prepared Shami Kabab on a plate, drizzle yogurt mixture on top. Add green chili dip, tamarind sauce, chopped tomatoes, onion, cucumber, chaat masala and sev. Shami Kabab Chaat is ready to serve.
For Green Chili Dip
Blend cilantro, mint leaves, green chilies, cumin seeds, salt and lemon juice in a blender. Set aside.
For Tamarind Sauce
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend well into a smooth paste. Set aside.
In a bowl, add yogurt, milk, sugar, and salt. Whisk well and set aside.
