Ingredients
  • K&N’s Shami Kabab - 9 kababs
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup; shredded
  • Egg - for coating
  •  

    For Dough:

  • All-purpose flour - 2 ½ cup
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Butter - 4 tbsp
  • Egg - 1; slightly beaten
  • Water - as needed
  •  

    For White Sauce:

  • Chicken Stock - 1 cube
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • All-purpose flour - 3 tbsp
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste - 1 tsp
  • Peas - 1/2 cup; boiled
  • Carrot - 1/2 cup; finely chopped & boiled
  • Capsicum - 1/2 cup; finely chopped
Method

Prepare K&N’s Shami Kabab as per instructions on pack.

Grease pastry baking tray, place pie circles in base, and add K&N’s Shami Kabab on top.

Add white sauce on top and some shredded mozzarella cheese and cover it with different shapes of pie and brush egg on top.

Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes.

Your Shami Kabab Pastry pies are ready to serve.

 

For Dough:

In a bowl, add flour and butter and mix well.

Add salt, egg, water and knead dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Divide dough into two parts, roll out one part and cut small circles using a pastry cutter for the base.

Roll out the other portions and cut different shapes using a pastry cutter for pie top.

 

For White Sauce:

Add butter in a cooking pan, let it melt, then add all-purpose flour and stir well.

Add milk, salt, black pepper powder, white pepper and mix well.

Add 1 cube of chicken stock cube, mustard paste, boiled peas, boiled carrots, capsicum and mix it well.
