Ingredients

  • K&N's Shami Kabab - 3 kababs
  • Sub roll - 1
  • Tomato - 1; thinly sliced
  • Fried egg - 1
  • Onion - ½; sliced
  • Iceberg/green lettuce leaves
  • Cucumber - ½; sliced
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Parsley and black olives for garnishing
  • Oil for frying
Method
Heat oil in a frying pan on medium flame.

Add K&N's Shami Kabab and cook, turning occasionally, for 1-2 minutes or fully cooked.

Assemble the burger by placing cooked K&N's Shami Kababs, tomato slices, fried egg, onion rings, cucumber and lettuce on the burger bun with a large dollop of tomato ketchup.

Garnish with black olives and parsley.

Serve with fries and coleslaw.
