- K&N's Shami Kabab - 6 kababs
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tbsp; finely chopped
- Red Chilies - 3; chopped
- Rice - 2 cups; boiled
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Soy Sauce -1 tsp
- Spring Onion - ¼ cup; chopped
- Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Fry K&N's Shami Kabab as per instructions on label and set aside.
Heat oil; sauté garlic and red chilies, and add rice.
Add sugar, salt, soy sauce, spring onion and red chili powder, and mix.
Dish out rice and serve with fried Shami Kababs.
