- K&N's Shami Kabab - 4 kababs
- Bread - 4 slices
- Tomatoes - 2; thinly sliced
- Iceberg/green lettuce - ½ bundle each
- Cucumber - ½; sliced
- Garlic mayonnaise
- Onion Rings
- Black olives for garnishing
- Oil for frying
Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium flame.
Add K&N's Shami Kabab and cook, turning occasionally, for 1-2 minutes or until fully cooked.
Assemble the sandwich by placing cooked K&N's Shami Kababs, tomato slice, onion rings, cucumber and lettuce on bread slices with a large dollop of garlic mayonnaise sauce.
Garnish with black olives.
Serve with fries, coleslaw and K&N's Shami Kababs.
