In a pan, heat oil, add garlic, green onion (white part only) and let it fry for 2 minutes.
Add garlic sauce and let simmer for another 2 minutes.
Add water, chicken stock cube and cook until it dissolves.
Gradually add slurry and cook until the sauce starts to thicken.
Fry K&N’s Tender Pops as per instructions on label. Add into sauce and toss well.
Sprinkle red chilies and green part of the spring onion, cook for a minute and turn off the flame.
Garnish with sesame seeds.
Heat a sizzler plate and grease with oil.
Transfer the prepared Chinese Chicken with Garlic Sauce on it and serve.
Add all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
