Ingredients
  • K&N’s Tender Pops - 780 g
  • Fresh baguette bread - 3-4 loaf
  • Coleslaw - as required
  • Jalapenos - ½ cup; sliced
  • Prepared sauce - as required
  • Ketchup - as required
  •  

    For Sauce

  • Mayonnaise - 1 cup
  • Sweet chili sauce - 1½ tbsp
  • BBQ sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Mustard paste - 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp or to taste
  • Red chili flakes - 1 tsp
Method

Take fresh baguette bread and cut only one side of the bread horizontally, leaving the other side attached.

Fry K&N’s Tender Pops as per instructions on label.

Add a layer of coleslaw and Tender Pops. Sprinkle jalapenos and drizzle prepared sauce and ketchup.

Your Tender Pops Sandwich is ready.

 

For Sauce

In a bowl, add mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard paste, black pepper powder, salt, red chili flakes and mix well. Set aside.

  • Mayonnaise - 1½ cup
  • Icing sugar - ½ cup
  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp / to taste
  • Cabbage - 1 cup; shredded
  • Carrot - 1 cup; julienned
Method

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
