Creamy Salsa Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • K&N's Tender Pops – 1 pack
  • Cream - ½ cup
  • Milk - 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 4 tbsp
  • Salsa sauce - 2 cups
Method
Whisk together cream, milk, lemon juice, and salt and refrigerate for 1 hour. Shake well before use.

In a separate pan, heat oil and add salsa sauce. Cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until oil separates.

Mix and add ½ cup prepared sour cream. Cover again and cook on low heat till oil separates.

Fry K&N's Tender Pops as per instructions on label and add to salsa sauce, and mix.

Garnish and serve with nacho chips.
Salsa Sauce:
Ingredients
  • Canned tomatoes - 1 ½ cup
  • Onion - ½ cup; diced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Jalapeño - ½ cup
  • Green chilies - 3; chopped
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Method
Mix and blend all ingredients to make pulpy salsa sauce.
