- K&N's Tender Pops - 5.5 oz
- Water - 8 cups
- Pasta - 5 cups; boiled
- Extra-virgin olive oil - 2 oz
- Garlic - 2 tsp; chopped
- Red pepper flakes - 1 tsp; crushed
- Dry chilies - 6; whole
- Tomatoes - 2 cups; diced
- Black pepper - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Cheese - 1 ½ cup
- Rocket leaves - 4 handfuls
Prepare K&N's Tender Pops as per instructions given on the label.
In a large pan, add olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, dry chilies, tomatoes, black pepper, salt and cheese. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Add boiled pasta and rocket leaves and cook for 2 minutes.
Mix in cooked Tender Pops and serve hot.
