- K&N's Tender Pops – 6-8 pieces; golden fried
- Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
- Ginger - 1 tsp; chopped
- Garlic - 2 tsp; chopped
- Red chili sauce - 1 tsp
- Chicken stock or water - 2 cups
- Tomato ketchup - 4 tbsp
- Chicken powder - 1 tsp
- White pepper powder - to taste
- White vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Green chili - 5
Heat oil in a wok; add ginger, garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add red chili sauce and sauté for half a minute.
Add chicken stock or water and tomato ketchup.
Add chicken powder, white pepper, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and salt.
Bring to boil and stir well to combine season to taste.
Now mix corn flour with 3 table spoons of water separately.
Add corn flour mixture to boiling dish very slowly to thicken gravy.
Now add K&N's Tender Pops, fried to golden brown, along with green chili and cook for 1 minute.
Serve with steamed garlic, egg fried rice or noodles.
