Ingredients
  • K&N’S Chicken Jumbo Franks - 7-8 franks
  • Penne pasta - 2 cups
  • Water - for boiling
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Broccoli - 1½ cup
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
  • Onion - ½ cup; chopped
  • Spinach leaves - 1 cup
  • Cream - 1 cup
  • Chicken broth - 1½ cup
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Parsley - ¼ cup
  • Parmesan cheese - ⅓ cup; grated
Method

Thaw K&N’s Chicken Jumbo Franks and per instructions on label and cut into 2 inch small pieces.

Pan fry K&N’s Chicken Jumbo Franks as per instructions on label.

In a pot, heat water; add oil and salt. Bring to a boil.

Add penne pasta and boil until 70% done.

Add broccoli and boil for 3 minutes. Strain through chilled water and set aside.

In a pan, heat olive oil and onion and garlic, cook for 2-3 minutes or until translucent.

Add spinach leaves and cream, cook until spinach softens.

Add 1 cup chicken broth, salt, black pepper powder and simmer for 3-4 minutes or until it thickens.

Add pasta mixture and cook over high flame for a minute. Add remaining ½ cup chicken broth and parsley and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Dish out prepared pasta and place prepared K&N’s Chicken Jumbo Franks over them.

Garnish with parmesan cheese and serve. Broccoli Frank Pasta is ready.
