- K&N's Chicken Jumbo Franks - 4 franks
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
- Onion - 1 cup; diced
- Tomato puree - 1 cup
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Bell pepper - ½ cup; diced
- Cilantro - 1 tbsp
- Tomato - 2 tbsp; diced
- Corn tortilla - as reqruired
- Iceberg lettuce - 1 cup
Slice frozen K&N's Chicken Jumbo Franks and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion for a minute and a half.
Add tomato puree to pan and stir to mix for less than a minute.
Add salt, black pepper and cook for about a minute, stirring continuously to combine flavors.
Add the sliced franks and mix.
Add bell pepper and cilantro and cook till gravy dries.
Add tomato and stir to mix.
On a flat dish, lay corn tortillas and add lettuce to each.
Add 2 tsp of cooked filling to each tortilla and place gently in a serving platter.
Skew the tacos with kitchen bamboo sticks and serve.
