Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry.

Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cooking Procedure
Appliances and utensils vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Do not defrost
Frying Pan: Preheat a lightly oiled pan. Fry frozen Kabab Tikki over medium heat, turning until fully cooked.
OR
Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Bake frozen Kabab Tikki on a baking sheet (turning halfway through baking) for 6 minutes or until fully cooked.
